Transportation Specialist - Part-Time (Benefits Eligible)

PACE@Home is seeking a Transportation Specialist to provide safe transportation services for PACE@Home participants.

Employee Type:  Part-Time; Monday - Friday (30 hrs/week; 6 hrs/day)

Minimum Experience: 1 Year experience working with the frail and elderly population.  Experience with logistics and transportation preferred.

Required Degree: High School Diploma.  Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.  Current state driver’s license required.

Other Requirements:  Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working.  Must have less than 4 points on driving record.

Travel: 90%
