PACE@Home is seeking a Chaplain to fulfill theorganizations need for the provision of spiritual care and support to participants, families and caregivers in keeping with the participant/family/caregiver desires and beliefs.
Employee Type: Part Time
Minimum Experience: Clinical knowledge, training and skills to assess participants, families and caregivers’ spiritual needs related to end of life care. Experience in hospice or health care environment preferred. One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population.
Required Degree: Master of Divinity or related theological degree from an accredited seminary school preferred; or an individual who, by ordination or authorization from the individual’s denomination, has been approved to function in a pastoral capacity; Clinical Pastoral Education preferred.
Other Requirements: Must have Medical form filled out and signed by physician, PA or NP prior to working. Must maintain CPR and First Aid Certification.
